Welcome to BRYGHT. Please take some time to read the following conditions applicable to purchasing services and products through this website.

The term ‘BRYGHT’ or ‘BRYGHT aesthetics’’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, BRYGHT, and entities within the BRYGHT group. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, or the patient as the context requires. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website, use any services or purchase any products. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.
You may not use our products, photos, images and content for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Proving Your Identity

Every patient needs to bring valid photo ID, including driver’s licence or passport, to their initial appointment. This ID must not be expired and it must be the physical ID (an image of the ID is not acceptable). We will need your ID to verify that you are of legal age. Cosmetic injectables can be used only over the age of 18 years.

Intellectual Property

All information and material including data, images, text and audio on the Site is the property of Bryght and/or its licensors and is subject to copyright. All trademarks on the Site are the property of Bryght and/or its licensors. You are entitled to view any documents from the Site but only for your own personal purposes. Any sale, transmission or redistribution of the Site or its content, and any copying, modification or other use of the site or its contents for any purposes are strictly prohibited.

Modifications to the Prices and Services

Procedure fees vary according to the individual characteristics of the patient, the practitioner performing the procedure, the products involved, technology involved etc. It is the patient’s responsibility to be aware of the cost. The prices on our website could be changed without notice. You are not obliged to go ahead with the procedure on the day should your budget not allow the cost or should you decide not to have a procedure done on the day. When consenting to the procedure, you are also consenting to paying for the procedure at the time of the procedure. A consultation fee of $150 is charged should you decide not to go ahead with the procedure.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product or service.

Half Millilitre of Dermal Fillers

You are responsible for ensuring that payment is made in full for your account on the day of your treatment, by either cash, EFTPOS or credit card payment. In the event that you default on paying your account, interest shall accrue daily from the date of your treatment. This will be calculated at a rate of 5% per calendar month and such interest shall compound monthly at this rate until any judgement or full payment of the invoice is made. If you default on any agreed payment plan of any outstanding invoices, BRYGHT will be indemnified against any debt including legal costs, which include BRYGHT and your own solicitor, and any Debt Collection Agency costs.

You must present valid photo identification such as a valid Driver’s Licence or Passport in the event your account defaults at the time of payment.
Payments made using credit cards will not incur any BRYGHT credit card surcharge at time of payment.
Afterpay and ZipPay payments incur a 5% surcharge on the total of your account.

Payment at Time of Service

If you would no longer like to receive any targeted advertising from BRYGHT aesthetics, please contact us by email contact@bryght.com.au with your request.

Consultation & Procedures

There is no guarantee with medical procedures; it is essential that patients understand procedures are not based on exact science. Every human body is different, and so reactions are varied, and responses are different. Whatever the outcome, the product and or service has been provided, and it is therefore not possible for BRYGHT or the consulting practitioner to refund procedure fees. This is non-negotiable. BRYGHT will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the patient requests, however no guarantees are offered in relation to the effects of any procedure performed.

At BRYGHT, we try to be on time for your appointment. Our practitioners dedicate a good amount of time when seeing our patients . Sometimes the practitioners will be behind schedule due to a number of factors. When making an appointment, please take into consideration that your practitioner could be running behind schedule.

BRYGHT does not accept all patients for treatment. Some patients are unsuitable for the procedures performed at BRYGHT aesthetics. BRYGHT reserves the right to decline or cancel further management of any patient if, in the clinical opinion of the practitioner, the patient is unsuited for further care. In the circumstance that BRYGHT would like to cease the care of our patients, we will refer the patient to another clinic. BRYGHT offers no guarantee or warranty that any procedure will benefit the patient or have guaranteed outcomes. As a patient of BRYGHT aesthetics, you acknowledge that there is no guarantee of results for any procedure. Whilst every effort is made to achieve desired outcomes, you as the patient understand that these are not guaranteed. Satisfaction rates of all medical procedures performed at BRYGHT aesthetics are high.

Medications/ Change in Medical History

It is the patient’s responsibility to inform BRYGHT when there is a change in their medical history (e.g. pregnancy, cold sores etc) and medication (e.g Roaccutane etc). Should you come on the day of your appointment and the practitioner is unable to perform the procedure due to your medical condition or medications, a consultation fee of $150 will be applicable.

In the unlikely event of an unforeseen emergency involving the care of the patient, the patient will be evacuated to a hospital at the discretion of attending paramedics. All costs relating to the transfer and care of the patient remain the responsibility of the patient. Please advise your treating practitioner of any procedures, medication either oral or topical that you are currently or have recently taken or used.

When visiting BRYGHT you must not transmit any viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature.

Review of Procedure

Review of procedures are done at three weeks or eight weeks after the procedure and depending on the procedure, except in the case of cosmetic emergencies, for example vascular occlusion or infection which will be seen immediately, as an emergency. Asymmetry, typical post-treatment swelling, lumpiness etc. will not be reviewed for at least three weeks unless advised otherwise by the practitioner. Unless there are signs of infections or other serious complications, no reviews will take place before the advised review time frame. It is your responsibility to inform the clinic if there are any signs of serious complications. Please call us on 02 7251-3477 with any concerns.
Any images, audio and video created during an online Follow Up with our practitioner are the property of, and copyright to, BRYGHT. They are not to be recorded, shared or published without prior written permission from BRYGHT.

Dissolving of Dermal Fillers

Should the patient request to dissolve any dermal fillers performed at the BRYGHT, a minimum of two weeks after the procedure is required before assessment. The cost of dissolving the dermal filler starts at $250. You may require approximately three sessions. Our practitioner reserves the right to decline the dissolve of any dermal fillers if they deem it unsafe or not in the patient’s best interest, or if they wish to cease the practitioner-patient relationship. In this case, BRYGHT will refer the patient to another clinic for further treatment.


Every patient will have a photograph taken prior to their initial consultation. In making an appointment at the clinic, patients are consenting to this part of the normal procedure of the clinic. Photographs will also be taken again when advised by the practitioner.


All humans are asymmetrical. Our practitioners will do our best to improve on this. All corrections of asymmetry post treatment are at the cost of the patient. BRYGHT does not offer any complimentary treatments in the case of asymmetry.

Racism, hate speech, threats and cyberbullying

Racism, hate speech, threats and cyberbullying will not be tolerated by our clinic. BRYGHT staff reserve the right to cease the clinic/patient relationship immediately should a patient or a proxy of a patient not adhere to this policy.

    • If your appointment is part of a prepaid package and you do not attend and/or fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation that appointment is forfeited from your package.
    • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

    • No refunds given on cosmetic injectables and skincare products, sales are final.
    • Specific brand names will only be given at your consultation with our medical professionals.

    • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase and the terms of our refund policy apply.
    • Packages may be withdrawn at any time.

    • No refunds given on cosmetic injectables and skincare products, sales are final.
    • Specific brand names will only be given at your consultation with our medical professionals

Prices and Packages

    • Prices online are subject to change without prior notification.
    •  Prices in clinic are subject to change without prior notification.
    • Prices given in the service booklet are subject to change without prior notification.
    • Promotions are subject to change or may be withdrawn at any time without prior notification.
    • Australian law does not permit drug brand names to be disclosed on social media, via email or facebook enquiry. Specific brand names for all Cosmetic Injectables products will only be disclosed during a consultation.
    • Packages purchased with multiple areas in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.
    • No refunds given on cosmetic injectables and skincare products, sales are final.

BRYGHT New Referral Program $50 Gift Voucher – Terms and Conditions:

    • Only existing BRYGHT clients can refer a friend.⁣
    • New referrals cannot be existing clients and must be new to BRYGHT.⁣
    • New referral must complete any treatment to receive the $50 voucher.
    • BRYGHT FRIENDS $50 vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.⁣
    • BRYGHT FRIENDS $50 vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or used on already discounted treatments and/ packages.⁣
    • Not redeemable for skincare or gift vouchers.
    • It’s the responsibility of the new patient to nominate the existing BRYGHT patient they were referred by.

Hydrafacial 10% off to new patients

New patients at Bryght aesthetics are entitled to an exclusive 10% discount on their initial HydraFacial treatment, effective from November 2023. To avail this discount, please schedule your appointment in advance and reference the promotion at the front desk prior to the appointment starting. The 10% reduction will be administered upon attending your scheduled appointment and satisfying the specified prerequisites.

Please be aware that Bryght retains the prerogative to withdraw this offer from the website without prior notice. This discount is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions. Furthermore, it is exclusively applicable to a singular HydraFacial treatment and does not extend to packages or alternative services. In the case of a no-show appointment, the discount will be revoked.

For the purposes of this offer, a ‘new patient’ refers to a person who has never been to Bryght aesthetics for any services.
